The Fear Faire Guidelines
We believe in managing expectations, so we want to make sure that we are all on the same page at the same time. This will help everyone have the most fun possible. Thank you for taking a moment to look over our rules and expectations.

TICKETING GUIDELINES -

All ticket sales are considered final and are non-refundable.

Tickets do not guarantee entry to any individual attraction. Availability of an attraction is on a first come, first served basis.

By participating in The Fear Faire, you agree to allow The Fear Faire to use your image and/or likeness by media known for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes. This includes media created while on premises at The Fear Faire event, social media where The Fear Faire is tagged (A tag back to the site will be included), and any promotional images that are shared with The Fear Faire for the purposes of advertising the event or the guest (IE - promotional photos given to The Fear Faire for the purposes of advertising a special guest)

Admission to The Fear Faire generally includes access to all of the attractions including the film festival, chats, shows, and the shopping experience. Some of the attractions, like the Haunted maze, may requires an additional fee.

If event is cancelled for any reason other than “force majeure” The Fear Faire will refund the face value of tickets purchased. The Fear Faire reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the event. If a change occurs, ticket holders will be notified immediately.

ATTENDEES -

The Fear Faire is open to all ages, but there are things in the show that reflect images of horror film and are spooky. Our Faire is rated PG13.

Children under 13 are required to be with an adult at all times.

Attendees are not allowed to touch the actors in any maze or stage areas. Exceptions to this rule are when posed photos are being taken.

For the FEAR FAIRE EXPERIENCE ONLY - Guest costuming is not allowed because The Fear Faire is taking place during the National Orange Show Fair. If you would like to be considered for a cosplay talent pass, please email denise@thefearfaire.com

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR: All guests, vendors, and participants must abide by all local, state, and federal laws and policies and guidelines.

Facility/event management reserves the right to deny entry or eject attendees for inappropriate behavior as determined by facility/event management. In the event the attendee is denied entry or ejected, they will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way.

VENDORS -

Are required to set up and remove vehicles at designated times.

No early tear down

Must comply with parking permits, vendor passes, and any other credentials that are needed for the venue.

If you are planning to sell food of any kind please contact us in advance to make sure sales are in compliance with local laws and venue regulations.

All vendors are responsible for observing and following all national, state, and local laws and policies.

Vendor spaces and tables are not confirmed until paid in full and confirmed via email.

Invoices for vendor spaces must be paid by the deadline or the vendor space will be removed.

No refunds on deposits.

The Fear Faire works to try and provide a variety of booths and to spread out vendors that sell the same type of items. As a result, we need to have a detailed list of what will be sold in each booth.

The Fear Faire reserves the right to limit the number of certain vendors selling similar products. If we are unable to accept your business as a vendor, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any booth fees paid.

The vendor space includes real estate only. This means that there is no pipe and drape, tables or chairs provided. If you have reserved a table, this includes a table.

All exhibitors and vendors are expected to have proof of liability insurance and list The Fear Faire LLC as additional insured.

Booth or table sharing/splitting is not permitted. Please contact us with any questions regarding specific conditions
